In accordance with the requirements of the Listing Rules, our Group is in compliance with the Code on Corporate Governance Practices as set forth in appendix 14 to the Listing Rules. The Directors will continue to review its corporate governance practices in order to enhance its corporate governance standard, to comply with the increasingly stringent regulatory requirements from time to time, and to meet the rising expectation of shareholders and other stakeholders of the Company
