Intern Engineer
  • Responsibility

    Supervise project progress

    Conduct site inspections

    Liaise with customers, internal and external parties to resolve issues

    Coordinate work with subcontractors and customers

    Record and write a construction site report

  • Requirement

    Holding a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related majors

    At least 1 year of relevant work experience

    Welcome fresh graduates to apply

Director of Industrial Relations
  • Responsibility

    Level 5 or above

Quantity Surveyor
  • Responsibility

    - Handle the full set of site material measurement work, including bidding and estimation

    - Handling claims, cost control, contract management, and final accounts

    - Handling material measurement work in the early and later stages of project contracts

    - Monitor and control project revenue and expenditure

  • Requirement

    Associate Degree/Higher diploma in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines

    At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience

    Good communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English

    Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills

    Proficient in using Microsoft Office

    Priority given to those who can work immediately

    Candidates with more experience will be considered for employment as senior quantity surveyors

Training Plan

  • Construction Industry Council (CIC)
    Construction Industry Council

    This plan is an on-the-job training plan of "hiring first, then training". Participants are directly hired by contractors or their subcontractors to receive training while working on the construction site. During this period, the employer directly pays the salary (determined by the employer based on the site level), which includes training allowances funded by the Construction Industry Council.
